Instructions for paying for a plane ticket
You can pay for your plane ticket in several ways; you can read more about this in the text below. After you have made your plane ticket reservation, you can pay for your reservation in the following ways:
You can pay for the plane ticket in cash or by card
In cash at our branch offices
You can pay for the plane ticket in cash and collect it at the branch office:
- Novi Sad, Air Fantast, ul Jevrejska br 10, contact centre 0800 400 000
- Belgrade, Air Fantast, ul Knez Mihailova 21, contact centre 0800 400 000
You can also pay for the plane ticket electronically,
- via your bank’s app.
- at the counter of any Banca Intesa branch (in this case the payment is recorded in the shortest possible time).
- at the counter of any commercial bank or post office.
- at a PAYSPOT payment point.
If you chose to pay at a bank, electronically or directly at our branch offices but have CHANGED YOUR MIND and now want to pay by payment card (VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, DINA, AMERICAN ), call us on 0800 400 000 (free call) and ask our colleagues to create a paylink for you, which will take you to the BancaIntesa website where you can make the payment directly to our account held at this bank.

- Legal entities can pay for the plane ticket to the company account, based on the instructions on the pro forma invoice. You can pay the pro forma invoice by transfer order or via e-banking.
You can also pay for the plane ticket by payment card:
- By selecting, during the reservation, the type of card you wish to pay for the ticket with.
- You can also pay by payment card at our payment points in Novi Sad and Belgrade.
You can also pay for the plane ticket by transfer to our foreign currency account from abroad.
