Group flight tickets – special group fares

A group is usually 10 or more passengers travelling together, on the same route and on the same dates (infants are not counted). Have 6 to 9 passengers? Send a request – we often find better terms than for individual tickets.

One fixed price for all passengers that does not rise as the plane fills up, passenger names later, payment in instalments and one agent for the whole group.

The earlier, the better. For summer, holidays and popular destinations 3 to 6 months ahead, and for other dates at least 4 to 6 weeks before the trip – the number of seats at group fares is limited.

No. An approximate number of passengers is enough. You send the names by the deadline set by the airline (usually a few weeks before departure), and up to a certain deadline the group can also be reduced without penalty. Let us know about any change as soon as possible.

After the offer is confirmed, a deposit is paid, and the balance by the airline deadline – by bank transfer or payment card. For companies, schools and associations we issue a pro forma invoice and an invoice.

The route, dates and approximate number of passengers – that is enough for an offer, which we usually send the same or the next working day. In the Note field, mention if you want seats together, sports equipment or instruments, a hotel or travel insurance.
